First Aid/Medical First Responders
A first responder is perfect for events that do not need a full size ambulance and crew. A single first responder is perfect for events with a low potential for injury such as a convention or small party. A first responder is capable of patient assessment, vital sign checking, splinting, bleeding control, AED use, basic cardiac arrest management, and oxygen administration.
We can also set up and maintain First Aid stations along race courses to ensure the safety of the participants. All First Aid tents will be staffed with a minimum of an EMT-Basic and will have all the necessary First Aid items to ensure the safety and comfort of the event participants.
An ALS (Advanced Life Support) Ambulance is staffed with 1Paramedic and 1 EMT-Basic or EMT-Intermediate. An ALS Ambulance is capable of advanced patient assessment, vital sign checking, splinting, bleeding control, advanced cardiac arrest management, oxygen administration, advanced medication administration, intravenous access, supraglottic airway use, endotracheal intubation, cardiac monitoring including 3 lead and 12 lead EKG recognition, defibrillation, cardioversion, pain control, and chest decompression.
An ILS (Intermediate Life Support) Ambulance is staffed with 1 EMT-Intermediate and 1 EMT-Basic or another EMT-Intermediate. An ILS Ambulance is capable of patient assessment, vital sign checking, splinting, bleeding control, AED use, basic cardiac arrest management, oxygen administration, limited medication administration, intravenous access, supraglottic airway use.
A BLS (Basic Life Support) Ambulance is staffed with 2 EMT-Basics that arrive in an ambulance that is stocked to the EMT-Basic level. A BLS Ambulance is capable of patient assessment, vital sign checking, splinting, bleeding control, AED use, basic cardiac arrest management, and oxygen administration.
Emergency medical Services Coordination
Allow Guardian Elite Medical Services to make sure your event remains a non-event. We we will coordinate all aspects of the emergency response prior to your event. Through our relationships with local hospitals, urgent cares, private ground and air ambulance services, and fire departments we will be able to develop a customized plan for your event, put the plan into action, and provide feedback at the conclusion of the event to make your event run even smoother next time.
4 x 4 Polaris Ranger
Our 4×4 Polaris Ranger is the perfect addition to any one of our services where accessing a patient by ambulance may be near impossible. The 4×4 Polaris Ranger can easily get through crowds and cover rough terrain to get to a patient. The 4×4 Polaris Ranger is capable of transporting 1 patient on a gurney, can seat 4 additional personnel, and is equipped with all appropriate medical gear.
We offer on site dispatching services. Our dispatchers can sit in a command post and field calls for medical service and dispatch the appropriate medical resources. Our dispatchers can also coordinate external resources that are requested.
An EMS Supervisor may be added onto a package that requires numerours resrouces. The EMS Supervisor will be able to provide on site direction for the EMS crews and will be able to easily mitigate any issues that arise.
